The honest part
Building first only works when the scope is clear enough to build without a meeting, and being honest about that boundary is the only reason the offer survives. If we guessed wrong on half the jobs we took, we would be giving away a week at a time and the model would collapse inside a quarter. So the filter is deliberately narrow, and we would rather tell you no in the first reply than spend two days building the wrong thing and hand you a preview neither of us wants.

Do I really pay nothing up front?
Nothing. No deposit, no retainer, no card on file. The first money changes hands after you have seen the finished site and said you want it.
What stops me walking away for free?
Nothing stops you. You get the preview link, not the code or the domain, so walking away means you leave with nothing rather than with a free website. We take that risk because most previews close themselves.
What does it cost if I do want it?
Between 500 and 2,500 EUR for a website, depending on pages and integrations. Stores are 2,500 to 4,500 EUR. Web apps start at 5,000 EUR. We confirm the number before we build, so the price is never a surprise at the end.
Who owns the site after I pay?
You do, completely. The code, the domain, the hosting account, the content. No proprietary platform and no mandatory monthly fee. You can move to another developer whenever you want.
Is this just a free trial with extra steps?
No. A trial gives you a template to configure yourself. Here we do the work first and hand you a finished site built for your business. The only thing deferred is the invoice.
