Rotiseria Baba Novac is a rotisserie in Bucharest. They came to PROOF48 wanting off the delivery aggregators. We built them their own ordering system: menu, cart, Stripe checkout, pickup slots and email confirmations. It went live at rotiseria.ro inside a week, and they own the orders now.

The brief
They were selling through a delivery aggregator that took a cut of every order and owned the customer relationship. They wanted their own ordering channel.
What we claim
Every order placed on rotiseria.ro is a commission the restaurant keeps. We do not publish their order volume, because that is their number to share, not ours.
