PROOF48 (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides website design and development services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We build websites based on a reference website you provide. The reference is used as creative direction only. We do not copy, clone, or reproduce third-party websites. All builds are original work adapted to your business.

Standard website builds are delivered within 48 hours of scope confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity. Larger or custom projects are scoped and quoted separately.

You will receive a preview of the build before any payment is required. Payment is due upon your approval to proceed with launch.

Pricing is communicated before work begins. Payment is collected after you approve the preview build. We accept bank transfer and standard online payment methods.

No payment is required upfront for standard 48h builds. Custom or larger projects may require a deposit as agreed.

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the website files, design, and content created for your project.

We reserve the right to feature your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and timely feedback. You confirm that you have the right to use any materials (logos, images, text) you provide to us.

Standard builds include one round of minor adjustments after the preview. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately.

Our services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

You may decline the preview build at no cost. If you approve and we launch the site, the payment is non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver, you owe nothing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
