Automation

Automate the work that repeats every day.

PROOF48 builds business automation: booking and follow-up flows, WhatsApp and Telegram bots, monthly content pipelines, invoicing and e-Factura handoffs, and monitoring with alerts. If your team does the same thing more than once a week, it can be automated.

How an automation project runs

Day 1

Map what repeats

We spend a day watching how work actually moves through your business: what gets forwarded, what gets typed the same way twice, what you do every Monday. That map becomes the automation brief.

Days 2 to 10

Build and connect

Custom code, API integrations, and workflow tools: WhatsApp via Baileys, Stripe webhooks, e-Factura XML generation, calendar sync, Telegram channels, whatever the job needs. Nothing is point-and-click. Everything is reliable.

Days 10 to 14

Test the edge cases

What happens when the API is down? When the booking clashes? When the e-Factura rejection code is 400 versus 500? We write the failure paths before the first production message goes through.

Launch and beyond

Monitor and document

Every automation has a health check. Failures alert you, not your clients. The system is documented so anyone on your team can understand what runs and why, not just the person who built it.

Automation fixes process, not strategy

A broken process runs faster when automated. If the team disagrees on the steps, if the data is inconsistent, or if the rules change every week, automation will faithfully execute the chaos at scale. We map the process before touching the code, and if the process is wrong, we say so before we build.

A good fit

  • Booking and appointment flows with reminders and follow-ups
  • Invoicing, e-Factura XML generation, and payment confirmations
  • Content pipelines: schedule, publish, report, repeat
  • WhatsApp and Telegram bots that answer, route, and escalate
  • Monitoring: uptime alerts, price changes, competitor signals

Not a good fit

  • Processes that change every week with no agreed definition
  • Work that requires human judgment on every case
  • Any compliance decision with legal accountability
  • Teams that are not ready to define their own rules in writing

Automation running in production

Rotiseria Baba Novac runs its own ordering system: orders come in through Stripe, pickup slots are assigned, and email confirmations go out without any staff interaction. ATP Spedition's transport management system dispatches jobs across three logistics lines from a single interface, with driver apps that work offline. Both are live. Both replaced a manual step that was happening every day.

Questions, answered

What does automation cost?

The AUTOMATE plan at 2,997 EUR per month includes an AI chatbot, DM and email auto-responders, booking automation, and two custom automations per month. Standalone automation builds are scoped and priced on request at /start.

Can you automate e-Factura for Romania?

Yes. We generate the UBL 2.1 XML, submit via the ANAF API, parse the validation response, and write the result back to your system. ATP Spedition runs this for three logistics lines. The service is available as a standalone integration or as part of a larger build.

How long does an automation project take?

A single flow takes one to two weeks from mapping to production. A system like ATP Spedition's TMS took several months. The mapping session at the start is the most important part, because the scope estimate is only as good as the process definition.

Do you maintain what you build?

Yes. Every automation includes monitoring and a defined alert path. If something breaks, you know before your clients do. Maintenance is included in all growth plans and available as a standalone arrangement for custom builds.
