What a cleaning company's website actually needs to get the quote request

A cleaning company's website gets the quote request when the form asks only what changes the price, each kind of clean has its own page with what is included, and the service area is stated in plain words. PROOF48 builds a site of up to about five pages in 48 hours for 500 to 2,500 EUR, and you pay only after the preview.

01The quote form: ask what changes the price, then say what happens next

A visitor to a cleaning site is usually comparing two or three firms and wants a price without a long conversation. Build the form around the facts that change the price: type of clean, size of the place (rooms or square metres), district, how often, and a way to reply. Add one optional line for anything unusual, such as pets or a very dirty oven. Every extra field costs you some people. Then write the confirmation page as carefully as the form: say when you will reply, who will reply, and whether the price comes by message or after a short visit. A form that ends in silence reads like a form nobody checks.

  • Type of clean, size, district, how often, name and a way to reply
  • One optional free-text line for anything unusual
  • Large fields that work with a thumb on a phone
  • A confirmation page that says when and how you will answer

02A page per kind of clean, with what is included

Someone booking a regular home clean and someone booking an after-renovation clean are different customers with different worries, so give each kind its own page and its own words. On each page list what a standard visit includes, what costs extra, how long it usually takes and what the client needs to provide, such as access and parking. If you can stand behind a 'from' price, put it there. If you cannot, say how the price is worked out and what the quote form needs. A single Services page with a bulleted list answers none of those questions. Our post on winning cleaning clients covers pricing and reviews from the marketing side.

  • What a standard visit includes, and what costs extra
  • How long it takes, and what the client provides: access and parking
  • A 'from' price only if you can stand behind it; otherwise how you work the price out
  • A link to the quote form at the end of every page

03Trust: show only what is true, and say where you work

People let a cleaner into their home or office, so the site has to answer who is coming. Show real photos of your own work, with the client's permission and nothing that identifies the address. Name the people if they agree. Say which districts or towns you really cover, in the words customers use, and skip the near-identical page for every district. Mention insurance, references or ID checks only if you have them, and say exactly what they are. Leave out any badge or guarantee you cannot document. A few real reviews do the last part of the persuading.

  • Before and after photos of your own jobs, with permission and no address visible
  • The districts or towns you actually cover, not a page per district
  • Insurance, references or checks only if they exist, stated exactly
  • A few real reviews, quoted as written

04Where PROOF48 is the wrong choice for a cleaning company

The 48-hour site presents your service and catches the request. It is not a booking engine. A live calendar with online payment, or a price calculator that quotes automatically, is a web app, from 5,000 EUR with its own timeline, and larger or custom projects may need a deposit as set out in our terms. Selling cleaning products with a cart and checkout is a store, 2,500 to 4,500 EUR. More than about five pages, more than two languages, or photos that do not exist yet each give the job its own timeline. None of our monthly plans answers your phone calls or WhatsApp. A WhatsApp or voice assistant is a separate custom build, priced on request. And if every job already comes from referrals and contracts, you may not need a new site this year.

  • Live calendar, online payment or automatic price calculator: a web app, from 5,000 EUR
  • Cart and checkout for products: a store, 2,500 to 4,500 EUR
  • More than about five pages, more than two languages, or photos that do not exist yet: its own timeline
  • No monthly plan answers your calls or WhatsApp; a WhatsApp or voice assistant is a custom build, priced on request

Not a cleaning company: a salon with a page per service

None of our eight written-up builds is a cleaning company. The closest is SCP Shine & Style, a beauty salon in Sector 3, Bucharest. We rebuilt its site, gave each service a page with its own copy and media, pointed the booking flow at the salon's live booking platform, and put a landmarks line on every page for local search around Dristor and Titan, with the old WordPress URLs redirected. For a cleaner, that means a page per kind of clean, a quote path into the tool you already use and a line naming the districts you cover. We do not publish the salon's revenue or booking counts, because we do not measure them.

Questions, answered

How many pages does a cleaning company's website need?

Up to about five can do the job: a home page, one page for each of two or three kinds of clean, and a page with your area, photos, reviews and contact details. That size fits the 48-hour offer.

Should the site show prices?

Where you can stand behind a figure, show a 'from' price for each kind of clean. Where the price depends on the place, explain how you work it out and what the quote form needs. We do not know your costs, so we do not set the numbers.

Can the form take bookings and payments?

A form that sends you the request, yes. A live calendar that takes a booking and a payment is a web app, from 5,000 EUR, with its own timeline.

What does it cost, and when do I pay?

500 to 2,500 EUR for a website, confirmed before we build. There is no deposit for the standard site: you pay after the preview, and the code, domain, hosting account and content are yours.

Where PROOF48 fits

A cleaning company's site gets the quote request when the form asks only what changes the price and promises a reply, each kind of clean has its own page with what is included, and the people and districts shown are real. PROOF48 builds that in 48 hours for 500 to 2,500 EUR, paid after the preview, and says plainly that none of its monthly plans answers your calls or WhatsApp.
